LARRY
DIXON

President & Owner

Larry Dixon launched Data Center Service Group (DCSG) with one mission: to keep data centers running smoothly while making the chaos behind the scenes look easy. With over 20 years of experience in critical power, UPS battery systems, and specialty data center services—including aisle containment, electrical fit-outs, and decommissioning—Larry has built a company known for solving complex problems with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.

DCSG has expanded from a local team to a multi-region service provider supporting some of the most demanding facilities in the country. He’s equally comfortable talking lithium-ion batteries or crawling under a raised floor—though he’d rather be on his mountain bike in Patapsco Valley or hanging with his dog Izzy, DCSG’s unofficial head of security and morale.

Larry believes in doing great work, treating customers like partners, and never trusting a data center engineer that starts a sentence with “this should be pretty straightforward.”

CHRIS
CARRILLO

Co-Owner & Managing Partner

Chris Carrillo is a seasoned entrepreneur and the co-owner of Data Center Service Group.

Chris is one of the brains behind DCSG—and occasionally the muscle too, depending on what the job requires. With a background in data center services and a sharp eye for detail, Chris helps steer the ship, build client relationships, and keep the rest of us from “winging it” too hard.

He’s equally at home walking a construction site in steel-toe boots or negotiating a contract over coffee (or bourbon, depending on the hour). From battery replacements to aisle containment installs, Chris makes sure DCSG delivers work that’s clean, professional, and ahead of schedule—even if he has to chase down a forklift himself.

Outside of work, he’s probably on the golf course, running point on a cigar club event, or making sure Larry doesn’t buy another van.

RICHARD
RADEMAKER

Chief Operating Officer

Rich came to DCSG in Jan. 2024 from one of the largest ISPs in the world, where he ran global Data Center Operations for over a decade and has more than 17+ years of experience in the industry.   Rich started in the field as an Data Center Operations Engineer and worked his way up to management level, where he has led various projects, focused in data center build outs, integrations,  and acquisitions.

Rich brings order to the chaos, ensuring our teams stay aligned, our projects stay on track, and our clients stay happy. With a  knack for problem-solving, he is the calm in the storm—even when that storm involves new UPS installations, white space decommissions, or aisle containment installs on a tight deadline.

He’s the guy who somehow knows what’s going on in every region, with every tech, at all times… and still finds a way to respond to emails before you finish typing them. When something needs to get done, Rich is already two steps ahead.

Growing up in several countries overseas, Rich still can't get enough of travelling and is a certified "foodie", who enjoys time with his family, friends, & French Bulldog.

ERIC
WELCH

VP of Technical Account Mgmt.

No one’s entirely sure what Eric Welch does at Data Center Service Group—but everyone agrees we’d fall apart without him. Things tend to go suspiciously smooth when he’s around. Cabinets get installed, aisle containment shows up where it’s supposed to, and somehow that impossible install in the back corner suite gets handled... quietly. Efficiently. Like clockwork. Or witchcraft.

Ask him what he’s working on, and you'll get a shrug, a half-smile, and a comment about “just keeping things moving.” Meanwhile, he's probably already solved three problems you didn’t know you had.

Need something overnighted, rerouted, reconfigured, or rebuilt on-site with no notice? Eric’s your guy. Just don’t ask how he did it. Nobody knows. We stopped trying to figure it out years ago.

Trevor has been in the “battery business” for over 26 years.

He brings firsthand experience and extensive real-world knowledge to the team, to meet the ever-changing and critical demands of our customers.

BRIAN
HUGUENIN

Sr. Operations Manager, Northeast

With a foundation forged in discipline and integrity, Brian proudly served as a Military Police Officer in the United States Navy during Operation Enduring Freedom. His years in uniform instilled the adaptability, focus, and pressure-tested decision-making that now define his leadership style in the private sector.

Brian brings over a decade of critical infrastructure expertise to the table, with a specialized background as one of Vertiv’s top UPS service technicians. His extensive hands-on experience with complex power systems, combined with an ability to stay calm and think clearly in high-stakes environments, make him a cornerstone of operational excellence at DCSG.

Beyond his technical acumen, Brian is a strong believer in the power of teamwork. He’s built his career on fostering a culture of camaraderie, accountability, and pride — ensuring every project not only exceeds expectations but reflects the professionalism and polish that DCSG is known for.

When he’s not leading from the front, Brian is most likely working under the hood of a performance car, exploring the outdoors, or enjoying the salt air at his family’s beach cabana on Long Island.

DANIEL
AMAYA

Technical Account Manager

Daniel Amaya is one of the hardest-working and most driven individuals on our team. Though relatively new to the critical infrastructure industry, Daniel’s adaptability and thirst for knowledge have allowed him to quickly become a key asset in our operations.  With a background in IT and technical support, his analytical mindset and problem-solving skills — particularly when working behind a computer — are second to none.

Daniel handles most of the administrative responsibilities tied to account management and operations, ensuring smooth communication and seamless execution across
teams. His attention to detail and willingness to learn make him a reliable point of contact for both internal staff and external clients.

When he’s not keeping our systems and workflows in check, Daniel enjoys the finer things in life, particularly Porsche automobiles. He owns one himself and can often be found pulling into the office on a sunny day with a smile on his face and a perfect downshift in tow. Outside of work, Daniel has a deep appreciation for the outdoors, enjoys traveling, and loves spending time with his awesome dog, Rex
